An easy to make dessert/snack that tastes delicious but won't send your blood sugar levels soaring

I'm sharing a fantastic recipe that's great for all the family when the sugar cravings hit. Read on for my delicious and naturally sweet gluten free banana and blueberry muffins.


You will need;

1/2 cup of organic ground flaxseeds 1.5 cups of organic ground almond flour 1/2 cup of unsweetened apple sauce 2-3 large mashed bananas 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 egg (optional, you can substitute for 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar instead) 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon 1 cup of blueberries 1/4 cup of walnuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and share equally into 12 muffin cases. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees or until muffins are golden brown.
